Curtis is skilled in the art of facilitation and participatory approaches to evaluation. He has previously lectured in Natural Resource Management at RMIT University in Melbourne. He has also owned and operated a small business for a number of years.
He’s currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in Program Assessment and Evaluation at the University of Melbourne, and he holds a Masters in Environmental Resource Management (MSc) and a Bachelor of Social Science (Environment) (BsocSc).
Curtis is an evaluation practitioner with more than 6 years’ experience in the NRM field in Australia and abroad. For much of this time he has worked as a consultant for Clear Horizon Consulting, managing and contributing to numerous evaluations for government departments, NGOs, community groups and catchment bodies.
He has travelled around Australia training groups in the use of Monitoring and Evaluation techniques for the NRM sector.
